Some of our users PayPal accounts will not connect to the form

    Hello.  Some of our users who fill out registration forms then wish to use their Paypal account are experiencing difficulties.  If they put in their credit card information, there is not a problem.  However their account will not link to the form if they wish to pay that way.  Please advise.

    Hi Kerma,

    I am not quite sure if I understand the issue and would like if you can tell me if I am wrong and give us more details.

    I have understood that they have some issues paying over PayPal, but I am not sure what do you mean by:

    As you can see above, going to the PayPal seems to be working properly for me.

    In case you are used to responding through email, I would advise to come to this thread instead as at the moment our maintenance team is working on a part of our system, which could lead to us not receiving your response sent over email.
