When using the auto responder in the submit properties, the recipient can see an email and reply to it. Can it be set to no reply? I ask because the form is functioning and I don't want to test it in the middle of it's run and risk the recipient not receiving a copy of their form submission.

    Hi Dennis,

Thank you for asking for support, I will be more than happy to render some assistance. When setting up the Auto Responder, the default auto response email will be noreply@jotform.com. Unless this default email was changed, it should be showing the same. Is it a case that the auto response emails are providing personal email addresses that the users of the form can respond to?

If so, please take a look at the screenshot below on how you can have this changed back to the default noreply@jotform.com.Can I set the auto responder to a no reply email? Image 1 Screenshot 30

After clicking on the Email Alert, click the name given to your Auto Responder configuration. Normally the default name would be Auto Responder #. (# - representing 1, 2 or 3 etc)

For the field that says Email Sender, you can use the jotform predefined email which is the one shown in the picture above or you can follow this thread to add a personal email to the notification list that you can use as a replacement.

You said that the users of the form are seeing an email which they can reply to. For the Reply-To Email section of the email you can leave it blank. It might be possible that, by default, your personal email address was filled in that section which is why your customers are able to reply to you personally. By removing it, your email address will be excluded from the reply section of the customer's emails making noreply@jotform.com the receiver of the email.

I hope this helps. Please feel free to ask for additional assistance.

As mentioned by @seanmccthy the default email address of the autoresponder is noreply@jotform.com. You can also set your own email address using SMTP settings, here you can find a guide on how to configure it: http://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form

If you need further assistance, please let us know.
    Thank you.
