calculation values disappearing in drop down fields

What is happening to these fields? This is the 3rd time I have seen the calculation values disappear which essential breaks my entire form.  The first couple of times I assumed I had done something. But this time it was working fine.  The only thing I did was clear the cache under my account name.  I really need to know what is causing this as I cant trust this form to work in real life until I know what is causing it. Either a error that needs to be fixed, or something I am doing that is causing it?

under frequency drop down I had:

    0

    1

    .35

    .3

    .25

    .25

    Hello kauseway,

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

I did check your form and I am unable to understand the requirement correctly. You seems to have added so many conditions to add calculation amount in your form field.

I would suggest you to please explain your requirement a bit more in detail and we will surely help you resolve the issue you are having.

We will wait for your response.

    Thank you!

I have responded to this but it didnt show up. The first field is a drop down field called frequency.  It allows you to put calculations values in the properties. those values keep disappearing. In fact, it just happened again.  What causes these to disappear?

    Hello kauseway,

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly.

Do you mean to say that the "Calculation Values" you input in your drop down field's property, it keeps disappearing?

That is strange and should not happen. I did check your form's "Revision History" and did not find any unusual behavior but it just displays one day of revision. You seems to have made a lot of changes in your form in last few hours.

I would suggest you to ensure that you are not logged in from multiple location or loaded the form in editor on multiple browser. We have auto save feature which will overwrite one version with another all the time.

Let us monitor and get back to us if the issue persists.

    Thank you

    @kauseway

You reported this issue in a previous thread (http://www.jotform.com/answers/483394) in which I recommended that all of the conditions attached to deleted fields be removed. I'm not sure if you tried to reply to that thread and were unsuccessful because there's currently an issue where replies via email won't work. For the time being all replies to a thread need to be done in the thread itself.

The link to the current thread is http://www.jotform.com/answers/490026

    Thanks

Actually, upon re-reading the other thread (http://www.jotform.com/answers/483394), the issue was affecting the Home Condition dropdown. Is that one now retaining its calculation values?
