    Hi!

I am creating multiple forms for a client, and she cannot get the tests I do, it seems like their email server blocks your emails/forms submissions. It is not even in her spam box. So I guess that her email server/supplier have pretty agressive filters. Right?

Any idea on what I could do? I even tried to create an email, created a forwarder to it, and still doesn't work.

Am I the first one mentioning this?

    HELP!!!

    Hi,

Support will be checking the server logs and will get back to you soon. At the moment, please make sure that noreply@jotform.com is not in any way being filtered as this is what's currently being used for the from address.

    Goody day!

    Hi benoitgosselin,

We apologize for your inconvenience. To whitelabel Jotform's emails, your client needs to add these IP addresses to her/his whitelist :

    174.34.57.214

    174.34.57.216

    174.34.57.218

    174.34.57.219

    208.117.50.251

Please let us know if this still does not work.
