Thank you message not changing

    For the Christmas period, I added a message to let our clients know of our office closure. Today, I am trying to change it back to just say thank you. Your submission has been received etc buts it not working 

    I have updated the iframe on the website and have cleared my cookies/net history and I'm still getting the Christmas message

    Please help

    Hello tuffbullbars,

    Upon checking your JotForm, I found that you have added several (duplicate) conditions to show custom thank you message. Please check the screenshot below:


    Here are the options available to resolve the issue you are having:

    1. Delete all the conditions from your form and then it will start displaying the thank you message you have set.

    2. or, you need to update the thank you message in the first condition to display the desired thank you message. (either way, you should delete the duplicate conditions you have in your form)
