When i work with my form, the radio buttons are not selected, however when i preview the form, or send it to someone to test it for me, some of the radio buttons are already selected. How do i turn this off?

    thanks so much!

    Hello wildfang,

I did check your JotForm and did not find any issue with that. The radio button question of your form does not seems to be selected by default. I did test your form in multiple browser and it seems to work as expected. Please check the screenshot below:

Upon taking a closer look at your form, I found that you have enabled "Auto Fill Settings". That could be the reason why your form fields must be displaying the previous input saved data. Please be noted that if you enable "Auto Fill" setting, the input data will be saved in the browser cookie. When the next time you access your form, the previous input data will still be displayed. The following guide should help you :  https://www.jotform.com/help/227-How-to-Enable-Auto-Fill-Feature

I would suggest you to disable the Auto Fill setting if you do not need this feature and that should solve your problem.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
