Why am I getting a "This form is unavailable" message after clicking the submit button on my contact page?

    After clicking submit on the contact page, I'm getting this message. Not sure why.

    Hello daze03br,

    Upon checking your form "Albert H Hopper Contact", I found that you have set the "Submission Limit" to receive only 5 submissions. Please check the screenshot below:

    Since you have already received 5 submissions in your form and you also have form limits also set that is the reason why your form is not accepting any submissions and displaying the "Warning Message" configured. To solve this problem, please go ahead and delete the submission limits or simply increase it.
