    Hello Mrs Collins

You mentioned that you are not getting any of the Jotform emails to your Windows Mail 2011 mail client but, if you check online for both your Gmail and Incredmail accounts, all your Jotform mails are available. Is it just the Jotform mails that are not syncing with Windows Mail 2011? Was it working before - if yes, when did it stop working? Was any changes made to the mail client prior to it stop working?

    Mail Configuration

Once you receive Jotform emails to your inbox online, Windows Live Mail 2011 would use the protocol from your email provider to sync/update the application with the most recent emails. I would recommend checking the configuration for both email addresses in Windows Live Mail 2011 before making any changes to your Jotform. All the required information (or settings for your email addresses) should be available to you if requested from your email provider.

    Blocked Mails

I notice that there is a "Block Sender" option in this mail client so you can check the settings for the software to see if you accidentally blocked mails coming from Jotform.com. Check this website for some information on how to unblock senders.

    Spam/Junk Mails

It could be possible that the application as identify emails coming from Jotform.com as spam/junk mails. Check these folders to see if the emails are listed there and mark them as safe mails so that they will appear in your inbox once the application is syncing with both email addresses. It is also possible for you to have your security settings at a very high level hence blocking mail from Jotform.com. Please reference this website to see if it can render some assistance in relation to these settings.

I hope this works for you. Feel free to contact me if additional assistance is need.

    Cheers!

    Hi,

In addition to the suggestions of seamccthy, have you setup an SMTP account that you can use in your Windows Live Mail 2011? You can try creating one account in Mandrill, and use those given details in setting up your email client application. You may also want to check this guide by Set up email in Windows Live Mail 2011 or Windows Live Mail 2012.

Let us know if the above solutions work.

    Thank you.
