Feature request: Allow submission PDF to be downlaoded based on the date range and download all of them in single PDF file.

may be add a feature to create PDF for a certain time range.

It seems that it is better to solve it by merging already downloaded PDFs since PDF generation has to limited per batch because of its load on our servers.
