URL in the secure version of iFrame code generated by Embed Form Wizard is incorrectAsked by RotaltyLimo on January 05, 2015 at 02:16 PMI noticed that the forms are taking a long time to load. https://royaltyluxurylimousine.com/online-reservation-form/
It's notable on your website that there seems to be a conflict which is slowing your jotform load-time down.
After looking into your issue I first saw the top of your jotform appear then it stops until about 13 seconds later where the rest of your jotform then appears. Looking further into this there seems to be a small delay because your form is a bit long.
Other then that there could be some conflict between your jotform and your website which may be contributing to the problem. You could try re-embedding your jotform within an iframe code to see if that helps since it would wrap your jotform in a protective code layer to prevent the issue.
Glad to hear that you managed to solved the problem and everything is working in your end. I also checked the link that you have and it seems that the form is loading normally now.
If you need any assistance again or have other concerns, feel free to open up a new thread here in the forum, we'll be more than happy to assist you.
Just to clarify, are you saying that the secure version of the iFrame code provided by the Embed Form Wizard contained your form URL in the format https://form.jotform.us/form/... ? If so, that should not be. Please have a look at the following screenshot:
If the wizard gave you code containing form instead of secure as shown, our developers need to be notified about it. Please post your response in the thread itself (https://www.jotform.com/answers/490571) instead of via email, as there's currently an issue affecting emailed replies.
That is correct, the secure version of the iFrame code provided by the Embed Form Wizard contained my form URL in the format https://form.jotform.us/form/... and the form was not displaying on my website, so I made the change at my site where the code is embed for https://jotform.us/form/........... and now is not only displaying but also loading normally, just by making this change. The only change that I notice different, is that the length of the back ground of the form is greater than before. https://royaltyluxurylimousine.com/quote-form/ and https://royaltyluxurylimousine.com/online-reservation-form/ can you fix it?
That is strange. I did check both of your form and the embed code I got from the wizard displays form URL as "https://secure.jotform.co/form/32447991362865". Let me report it to our back end team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.
Please use the following iFrame embed code and that should solve your iFrame height issue:
For form embedded on https://royaltyluxurylimousine.com/online-reservation-form/
<iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="https://jotform.us/form/32447991362865" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:3200px !important; max-height:3200px !important;border:none;" scrolling="yes"></iframe>
For form embedded on https://royaltyluxurylimousine.com/quote-form/
<iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="https://jotform.us/form/32464660716153" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:2620px !important; max-height:2620px !important;border:none;" scrolling="yes"></iframe>
Hope this helps.
Do get back to us if the issue persists.
Thank you for your cooperation, the two new codes solve the height issue.
Seems that I didn't noticed that part of the problem. It is indeed unusual for the embed code to be in that format. But, it seems that it is an isolated case, I've tested it on my part and it seems to give me the SSL iFrame code not in this format https://form.jotform.us/form/. Nevertheless, this has been escalated to our developers and will make further investigation on this.
Thank you for updating us.
