why has my free account been frozen

    i have deleted the submitted forms and not exceeded 100 submissions

    HI,

    I checked your account and it appears as though you are over your storage limits.  There may be some submissions you still have that contain large attachments.  I would suggest going through your submissions to find the ones with attachments and remove those.

    In the mean time, I went ahead and reactivated your account to allow you to check your submissions and delete the ones with attachments.  Specifically this form:

    Shows as having 103 associated uploads.  Remove the submissions with the large uploads and you should be all set.
