Email Notifications have Stopped

    I have been using Jotform for my website www.northpacificproperties.com  Every once in a while, the form forwarding shuts down.  So I am getting all of these leads in jotform but they are not being sent to me.  Your website has randomnly shut this feature down on my twice.  Last year it cost me a lot of money and I just realized that it did it again.  Please tell my why this keeps happening?  you probably don't care but I have to look into another platform. this is a joke.

    After reviewing your email address jfant@northpacificproperties.com I am seeing that is is currently on our bounce list:

    jfant@northpacificproperties.com is IN  the bounce list

    Reason(s) : soft-bounce

    I have removed your email address from the bounce list and you should start receiving emails once again.

    I also checked your email notification and it is not set up correctly, that can prevent emails form being sent to you in the future.

    Please select a sender email so that your email provider does not read your notifications as Spam.
