i cannot print from form

hello i am unable to print from form submission my printer prints from every other application but not from jotform

Hello Andrew,

I understand that you are experiencing issues with printing form submissions. Do you see any error message while you are trying to print? If you are receiving Print Preview failed using Chrome browser, please try for the second time and it should work. This is a known issue with Google Chrome and hopefully it should be fixed in the future updates from Google.

If you are seeing a different issue, please provide us with little more information so that we can guide you in the right direction.
