Not Receiving Email Notifications on Form

    This is a reoccurring problem.  Clients fill the form in online and I don't always get an email notification.


    This has happened before and you said that the problem has been fixed.


    Well it's happening again and I'm loosing work due to it.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Upon checking your form, I see that your email ins****i*ns@s***.ca, is IN our Bounce List with the following reason: "hard-bounce". I made a couple of research for hard bounces and here are the possible reasons: email has an incorrect address, email domain does not exist (if you have changed it on your end that would be the reason), or email recipient's server won't accept emails. I would like to suggest to visit this guide that we have: How To Setup Email Notifications To Prevent Email Bouncing Related Issues. In the guide you may want to check how to whitelist our JotMail IP addresses so that your email provider won't block incoming emails from us.
