May I know which app integration you are having problems with? Is it the same with the original post which is Zapier? It might be that your Zapier integration account might have reached the JotForm's allowed API daily limit.

It is Zapier, there support team said their were no issues on their end.
i have the premium plan and have never had this issue and we have not experienced any hi volume traffic to attribute to maxing out API Calls.

Thank you for those details. I will escalate this issue to our developers and the back end team. I see that there are a couple of users who are also getting this error, I hope this will be fixed soon. But rest assure that this has been already escalated and it is now being looked at.

Our backend team have just increased the API limit, so the problem should be fixed now. Kindly check and let update this thread if the problem persists.
