    I clicked Forgot Password but did not receive the password reset instructions in email.

    I want to check if the form came in my jotform inbox but unluckily I forgot my password in jotform. That's the other problem because I chose "forgot password" but did not send the instruction through my email.

    I see that there were some emails failed to delivered which was the issue explained in the other thread. I've sent the password reset instructions to your email now. Please check now and proceed with the instructions to reset your password.
