Upon checking your email address Info@sfshomeassist.co.uk, I found that your account username is "sfshomeassist". The reason why you are not receiving the password reset instructions because your email address ended up in our bounce list for following reason:Result: Info@sfshomeassist.co.uk is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : smtp;552 <email@example.com>: Recipient address rejected: Mailbox message count quota exceeded, please try again later.
I have removed your email address from our bounce list and it should be working fine now. You should take a closer look at the bounce reason and take corrective steps. Please ensure that you mailbox is not full and you may like to back up and then delete emails from your inbox to free up the space.
