Hello.
Can you think of a reason why on a number of submissions that have come through recently the fist '0' is missing from the phone number.
I've attached a screenshot.
Is it a problem with the form ?
Any suggestions would be greatly received.
Many Thanks
Adam

Hello Adam,
I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
I did test this issue in one of my own form by adding "0" as first character in text box, number and phone number field but I am unable to replicate the issue. All test submissions does display the "0" correctly.
I did check your form's first 100 submissions and found that in 6 submissions, the zero is not being displayed. I believe the user have not input zero in phone number and that is the reason why it is not displaying.
I did test your form and it seems to be displaying the first zero correctly in phone number. Please check the screenshot below:
Thank you!

As I expected. Maybe they are typing first with the letter 'O' not the number '0'
the file will only record numbers so it's missing the letters.
Thank you so much for your time.

Hello cheekyadam,
You are welcome.
I still believe that user have not input zero first because it is not possible to input non-numeric characters in number field.
Do get back to us if you have any questions.
Thank you!
