I have a form where users mark where they have SIGHTED or REMOVED invasive fish from the ocean. Once someone has SIGHTED a fish, a responder can go to remove it. But there is currently now way for other viewers to know which have been removed. Is there a way that somebody can go in and edit a result so that it says removal instead of sighting?Page URL:

You can let your users to edit their submissions by adding an edit_link tag to your autoresponders. When someone fills out your form, they will receive a notification with the edit_link on it.
If you would like to let your past users to edit their submissions, you can use a custom edit link and give it to them, you can use this kind of formatting in a link instead:
Blue highlight: I made a sample submission in my form, it includes the Edit_Link field in the email content, I checked the link and that's how it is formatted. Please check yours.
Green highlight: This is the Form ID to where the user filled out his/her form, you can also find it in the Form's URL.
Pink highlight: This is the Submission ID, you can find it in the Submissions setting under "My Forms"->Choose form->Click the Submissions button
I hope this helps. Let us know if you need more information on this.
