Page break not working on first loadAsked by gingerbebco on January 06, 2015 at 09:19 AM
I have made a multi-page form, with the page-break tool under Survey Tools. I've set the Conditions so that you should be able to click through page by page without filling out the whole form. The problem is that when the page is first loaded, the "Save & Continue" button loads off center and will not work. If you refresh the page, the button resets to the center and then the form works. This is a huge problem, since it will appear not to work for new site visitors. How do I correct this? Page link here:
It occurs in IE 11.
thanks in advance,
I am using Internet Explorer 11 and it shows that the form is working correctly at first load. It is also working properly in Chrome and Firefox. The button will always appear at the center. So I don't know why is it that in your screenshot it shows that it is on the left.
Here's what you can do, hide the back button on page 1.
Then please re-embed the form using the iFrame method. (http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code)
I will now clear your form cache. Then please try to check if the issue is still the same.
