My account is overlimit. How to clear the upload space?Asked by TooYarnCute on January 06, 2015 at 09:56 AM
I have stopped accepting submissions with file uploads a while back, and now I cannot seem to get regular "Contact Us" Form Submissions that do not have any file attachments. My account is NOT resetting to 100 submissions per month as stated for the free account.
Please advise me on how to delete or remove the items in the usage area. I'm assuming this is tacked out because my account is still holding old file attachments.
Submissions uploads items my account
Your account is placed into "Overlimit" whenever you have reached any of your account limits (Regular Submission, Secure Submissions, Payment Submission or Upload Space).
Once your account is over limit, your forms will be disabled. As your account is currently over the 100 MB upload space limit, would need to delete the submissions that have files uploaded on them until your upload space is under the limit.
This will allow all of your forms to be enabled.
I hope this helps, please inform us if you need further assistance.
In addition to my colleague's response, your account is currently overlimit as you have exceeded the allowed submission limit. In free account, you can only receive up to 100 MB of uploads but you have already utilized 413.03 MB of upload storage space.
It seems you have already deleted the forms. Please be noted that when you delete a form, it is simple moved to trash folder. There are several forms in your trash folder which has submissions with file attachment.
I have now activated your account. You should go ahead and delete the submission records of these deleted forms. Please be noted that deleting a submission record will also delete the attached file as well resulting in freeing up your upload storage space. If you do not these forms again, you should purge the forms.
