My account is overlimit. How to clear the upload space?

I have stopped accepting submissions with file uploads a while back, and now I cannot seem to get regular "Contact Us" Form Submissions that do not have any file attachments. My account is NOT resetting to 100 submissions per month as stated for the free account.

Please advise me on how to delete or remove the items in the usage area. I'm assuming this is tacked out because my account is still holding old file attachments.

    Hello Stacy,

In addition to my colleague's response, your account is currently overlimit as you have exceeded the allowed submission limit. In free account, you can only receive up to 100 MB of uploads but you have already utilized 413.03 MB of upload storage space.

It seems you have already deleted the forms. Please be noted that when you delete a form, it is simple moved to trash folder. There are several forms in your trash folder which has submissions with file attachment.

I have now activated your account. You should go ahead and delete the submission records of these deleted forms. Please be noted that deleting a submission record will also delete the attached file as well resulting in freeing up your upload storage space. If you do not these forms again, you should purge the forms.

    Thank you!
