Hi,
On my form I have a number of yes and no tick boxes, for example "Do you require catering?", "Do you intend to sell alcohol?"
When the form has been completed and they click submit, the completed form is edited and the booking approved. Is it possible once the booking has been approved, if the "Do you require catering?" and or "Do you intend to sell alcohol?" have a tick for yes an email of the booking form is sent to the catering manager, premises manager etc?
Many thanks
Simon

Hello Simon,
I understand that you want to send an email alert to your managers if some options are checked while approving the booking. It is possible to set conditions for sending email based on the fields filled from the conditions wizard. You can select "Send an e-mail after submission" option from the conditions wizard to achieve this.
And you may set the rules something like below :
Once you have set the condition on an email alert, the notification will be tagged as Conditional and triggered only when the conditions are satisfied.
Please refer to the following guide that can assist you in setting up conditions :

Hope this information helps. Let us know if you need further assistance. We will be happy to help.
Thanks!
