    on my latest form 2015 illiana thunderbolts winter camp rgistration I am no longer receiving email confirmations

    Your email address is not on our bounce list as well. So, a good solution would be to download the submissions from your account.

    In addition, you may white-list our domain names if the issue persists. (We use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" sender.)

    Something else, I noticed your email alert was lacking of a Sender Name, instead it was showing "Please Select" so I change it to "Your Name" questions, but you can change it to whatever you wish to have on the notification as the sender name. This might have been also preventing the notifications to arrive to your inbox or just going to spam.
