I have mine set on public but a few people have told me they are unable to access it. Others are able to. What exactly is the problem?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've checked your forms and I can confirm that they are all set as public forms. I then tested them to see if I could replicate the issue but everything was working properly. To further check, could you please ask for a screenshot of the console log from the user who is unable to access the forms? Also, could you please tell us if they are getting any error messages?
