    If we can help with this issue since the subscription was canceled and did not make a charge again

    Hi ciisamkt,

    I am currently seeing that your account has been set to be downgraded on January 25, 2015, this will be at the end of your current subscription period.

    I am seeing that the subscription [INT141224-3110-56601B] for the month of December to January was renewed before the request to downgrade your account was done. As such your account was already charged at the time that the downgrade was requested.

    Would you like to cancel the subscription for this month?
