Form not Submitting on Mac or iPhone

    Furthermore it also seems that when the form is working it is not working with Mac or with some

    i phones ie it will not complete the process to submit the form.

    Please advise so we can keep up on these new issues that we have never had before

    I was able to submit your unsubscribe form on this page using Mac and iPhone based browsers via http://www.browserstack.com. My test submissions went through just fine.

    We dont have  Mac but we had lots of people having issues. 
    can you test it on this link as well with an iphone or mac?
