Multi page form with calculations help

Hi

I have been using your form for a while and it is super cool but i need now to push this a level

I have a family repair centre www.grahamrichardsons.co.uk and want to build a more dynamic form so a customer can get a service quote or body work quote. I want the customer to select i.e service and the form takes the person to a service section, or if they select body repairs it goes to a body repair section.

I would also like this to calculate prices based on the inputs

can you suggest the best add ons to use

Hi,

To get you on the right track, I will explain the setup and provide you with some links to the tools you will need.

First you would need a dropdown to select the service.

You will then need a "Form Collapse" and a "Page Break" from the survey tools section for each page:

You can set the "Back" and "Next" buttons on the page breaks to hidden if you would like users to only be able to navigate to one section at a time.

Then you can add conditions to the initial dropdown that take you to a certain page of the form:

One for each section of service.
