How can I print out the entire form signed?

I have a letter of agreement that I'm asking people to sign.  How can I print it out so I can show what the terms were when they signed it?

In the View Submissions Page, you can use the Print button to print the submission data.

In case some elements are not visible in the submissions page like the Headers, HTML TEXT, and Images, they were probably in hidden mode. They can be displayed like this
