What happens when I go over the 100 submissions?

    Hello,

I am planning on running 3 forms starting Monday through the month of February.  Will I be notified if I reach my 100 limit, or will the forms stop working? How can I ensure they keep working? Do I need to sign up for the service for a few months?

    Thank you

    Hi,

Will I be notified if I reach my 100 limit

Yes, before your limit is reached you will receive an email stating that your account is near the monthly limit of 100 submissions.

    will the forms stop working?

If the limit is reached you are scheduled to be downgrade or in case of a guest and free account, placed under overlimit status which would mean that your jotforms would not be working any more and instead would show that you are over limit.

How can I ensure they keep working?

All of the submission counters are reset on 1st of each new month. If you notice that you are close to limit and would need more submissions you would need to upgrade your account, or your can use our get more option to get more submissions per month for free.

Do I need to sign up for the service for a few months?

This depends on what you require. For free plan next things are true:

    - You can receive up to 100 submissions
    - You can receive up to 10 paid submissions (receive payments)
    - You can receive up to 10 submissions over secure forms (HTTPS)

If you use get more option and (permanently) increase the submissions you can use per month and you are not going to use paid or secure submissions, then you might not need to upgrade (again, depending on how much submissions you require).

Having that said, if you require to receive payments or user secured forms or more submissions than you have available you can always upgrade for a month or two depending on your need and we would be happy to assist you in creating the subscription as well as cancelling it once you do not require it any more.

Do let us know if you have any further questions.

    Best Regards,
    Ben
