We can help you with changing the username, if you can provide us with the new username you want to change.
Please be noted that if any of your JotForms are embedded or shared using custom URL that uses username will not work after changing username. You'll need to re-embed or re-share the JotForm URL or with the changed username in order to receive your submissions.
