    Receiving error on submit of form

    Asked by allanbdm on October 07, 2011 at 07:13 AM

    I'm currently receiving the following error message when trying to submit a form containing images.

    <!-- Error: Array
      (
      [type] => 2
      [message] => move_uploaded_file() [<a target="_blank" href='function.move-uploaded-file'>function.move-uploaded-file</a>]: Unable to move '/tmp/phpfhm0tf' to '/www/uploads//securefbhost/12782512528/183795356811491471/Blue_hills.jpg'
      [file] => /www/v3/live/lib/classes/FileController.php
      [line] => 17
      )
      -->
      <!-- There is no better way to place a div in the middle of the screen. I'm not a fan of tables but this works perfectly fine -->

    Any help debugging this would be great! Cheers, Allan

    Just to provide a bit more information, this happens when posting the form to https://www.jotform.com/submit.php. I know this is different than the normal form action, but I need to make use of https as the form is being used inside Facebook.

    If your SSL certificate could be extended to cover submit.jotform.com/ I imagine this would solve the problem. I'm aware this is a huge ask.

    I've since managed to solve the issue. I'm now using secure.jotform.com/submit.php to post form data to which works under both http and https without triggering errors.

    Thanks for getting back to me anyway. Hopefully this will hopefully helps someone else out in the future!

    Hello JanaKBarros,

    You have not actually configured your facebook integration properly with your form that's the error shows up.  Can you tell us the Site URL that you have placed in your Fit Form?

    It would be better if you could start a new topic regarding your form's issue.

    Thanks.
