E-mail notification does not work

    Hi Jotform,

     

    I do not any longer receive notifications when a new form has been submitted

    I checked and the email addresses are not in our bounce list. I made a test submission but could not find a record on our mail log.

    I inspected the email notification and it seemed to be correctly set up.

    I cloned the form and deleted the email notification, creating a new one and made a test submission. Can you please confirm me if you received them?

    I will run further tests, please let us know if the problem persists.
