Is there a way to get past form views - before setting up analytic options?

    Hello,

     

    we have used jotform as an online-application tool. We would like to calculate the conversion rate (submissions / formviews).

    Is there a way how could we gain the form views number? We had not set the google analytics tools up beforehand.

     

    Other services like wufoo has this conversion rate implicitly included, so we hope, there is a way how to gain the form views number from jotform :)

    The period for calculation is 26th October 2014 - 15th November 2014.

    Hi Andrej,

    You can capture this with the use of our widgets and apps, but you would need to integrate them into the jotform in order to do so.

    These are the apps and widgets that I would suggest:

    - Apps:

    Formalytics

    - Widgets:

    Zoko form analytics

    Google Analytics

    Now once you add them they will start tracking various data for you, but in regards to the past tracking data, I do not believe that we are collecting it, but will raise this to our developers to see if they can help you with this.

    Unfortunately no, we do not currently have any way to view form stats. It is actually one of the projects we are planning to work on in 2015. Can you tell me what kinds of information you are looking for? 

    In a date range:

    - Number of Views

    - Number of Submissions

    - Conversation Rate

    Are there any other information you might need?

    @aytekin - what you suggest would suite us enough so far. If we needed some more in-depth analysis, we would think about google analytics integration.

    Here is the great news for you. We're pleased to announce that today we've released the native Form Analytics feature. You can access this feature from More menu by selecting a JotForm on your My Forms page.
