can i change the theme (basically the header look) on a form once I complete it?

I want to get rid of the jagged edge on this form and have the black header be a simple rectangle rather than zig zag.  Thank you!

Hi,

I checked your form and it should be a pretty quick task to remove the jagged image from the header.  Open your form in the designer, click on the CSS tab, then click on any part of the grey area outside the actual body of the form.  This will bring up the CSS for your entire form.  From there, at least on my cloned version of your form, you would need to remove lines 30-34.

Remove the highlighted lines and your form will then look like this one:
