Would you please give us a bit more details into what you would like to achieve?
If I understood correctly you have some forms (on paper) and would like to upload them and show as such to your users with them being able to sign it using one of our signature widgets?

This would be possible if you preview the PDF on the jotform using our widget and then add the signature widget under it and save it as such, but I am not sure if you need it to be signed directly on the PDF itself or if this would be OK as well.
