Level of Access a Sub-User Account Has on Forms?

3) the sub user accounts - can differing levels of access be given to sub account users if I upgraded the plan? e.g. a sub account user can only download data submitted via the form but cannot amend the form or create one?

UPDATE: Effective October 2018 the Sub-User feature has been discontinued and is no longer available for creating new sub-users. If you had been using this feature previously, you're grandfathered.

You can check this guide that we have: How To Share Forms To Sub-users. You'll see that you, as the main account, can share specific forms, these includes the submissions and ability to edit it. Please do take note that the sub-user will not inherit your account upgrade, it will act like a separate account having a separate subscription plan, they will also have the ability to create their own forms and managed them. For Free account, you can create one sub-user, from there you can explore and see what you can do to it.
