Hi Wing,
May I know what widget and form you are having problems with?
I set up a simple form in my end using the default Upload File field.
I then uploaded 2 files and click the submit button. The submission was successfully done.
You may try clearing your form's cache and adding the widget or the field again to see if it solves the problem. We'll wait for your response.
Thank you.

Hi Wing,
I currently see the single file upload field.
Could you please let us know once you turn the multiple upload files option again so that we can test it out?
If you are currently using this jotform (providing it to your users/clients) then please create a clone of it and check if you are still experiencing the same issues and if so give us the link to the clone.
This will allow us to inspect the jotform without affecting your workflow.
I did make uploads today through IE so it should work properly, but as mentioned we would need to check your jotform to see what might be the issue.
Also if the jotform is not working for you when you add it to some page on your website please give us the link to the page on website where the jotform is as well.
Best Regards,
Ben -

Hi Wing,
Thank you for your reply.
I've performed a test submissions with your cloned form using IE11 and IE8 (document mode) and I never encountered any error. The submission went through just fine.
Can you please describe or provide a screenshot showing the error on your IE browser? Is it occurring on the stand alone form or on the embedded form? If it's on the embedded form, let us know the website URL containing the form so we can check it here.
We'll await your reply. Thanks.

Hi,
Here is the screen shot...
IE version I am using is 11 - Google Chrome works perfectly...
The other option to upload on the link I have provided is a single upload and this work but for uploading multi files it comes back as failed to upload

Hi Wing,
I have tried uploading images over IE 8 with and without compatibility mode turned on. In both instances the files were uploaded properly for me.
Can you please confirm that the files were not above 5MB each and combined?
Also, are you uploading over stable connection? While I do understand that you do not have this issue over other browsers, IE is handling the uploads differently than the other browsers (each of them are), so if there is a disturbance in the upload, IE might show it as failed.
I would also suggest checking if your compatibility mode is turned off since that would be the most likely reason why you are experiencing this.
To do so click on either the compatibility icon in the URL or over Tools menu and making sure that the Compatibility option is not selected:
If it is as on the screenshot, then you are operating in Compatibility mode.
Do let us know how it goes.
Best Regards,
