How to transfer form from one account to another?

I created a form on one account, but have now begun using my organization's account. How can I connect my existing forms to the new agency account? Specifically, I need the one I've attached below.

Hi,

I see that this form 43276068769166 is associated with the account username eshearin. You can't transfer it in your end but we can do that for you, however, we need the owner of the account to do the request, which means you need to log in as eshearin and ask to transfer the form/s to user sheariner. Please take note that the form/s including its date submissions will be moved.

Another way to have your form in your account is to clone it using its form URL. You can follow this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL. But this doesn't clone the submissions associated with it and the other personal settings of the user.
