The premium package offers 1000 incoming application a month. Suppose in any given month we receive 1200 what would happen to the 200 application? Assuming we will not receive it, will we be notified via email that we have 200 apps waiting? Would we have to upgrade? If we do receive the 200 applications which exceeds the 1000, do we get charged separately?

When you receive the 1000th submission, you will be sent an email notifying that your account is now over quota and you need to upgrade your account to Professional. Your forms will be scheduled to be disabled on the next day noon. If it is friday or weekend, your account will be scheduled to be disabled on Monday noon. You can upgrade to Professional during that time.
