When I try to switch in payment wizard from donation to product I get the message "Switching from donation to product will clear all your saved payment items"- what does this mean? I already have some users that submitted through the donation but now I want to change it but don't know what this message means.
Also, is there a way to make payment options (Paypal) that a user can select, plus one open-ended amount (so, like $1, $5, $10, or $__)?
p.s. is there a support number to call?

It just probably means your saved product items. It shouldn't affect your payment data as confirmed on my test.
And yes, that's possible using custom quantity property.
