Matrix not sending post data correctly to our hosted site.

Asked by valbanese on October 07, 2011 at 09:44 AM

We're migrating away from our use of the public JotForm site to our own site (which you're hosting).  That site is at intel.amplefi.com.

We're using the Matrix tool in a form.  In the simplest test case we just add the matrix, change it to text or drop down, enter data and let it post to our cgi script.  The POST isn't sending any data in the array just the word array.

To prove this we go to the public JotForm site.  We create the identical form there.  Call the same CGI script and it sends the data perfectly.

So, the same form behaves differently depending on whether it's hosted or on the public site.

    Hi, Valbanese

The forms look ok but you should edit the title of the matrix, maybe that will help.?

Also you still can view submissions on Jotform.com and your email alerts!

    I Hope This Helps!

We are sorry for any possible inconveniences caused to you.

Unfortunately, the issue is a little bit unclear. As far as I can see http://www.jotform.com/form/12790741004 form does not exists, and http://intel.amplefi.com/form/12795256988 form is sending result to non-existing http://96.31.69.40/cgi-bin/connectorjbd.cgi script. Could you please re-check this from your side?

    Thank you for cooperation.
