Hi there
Paypal have put limitations on my paypal pro account as I haven't got PCI compliance. it says it should be through my cart provider which is jotform. when i google it it shows that jotform isn't PCI compliant. Is this still the case?
Please tell me what I need to do to be PCI compliant so that I can get the limitations removed from my paypal account.
cheers

Thank you for contacting us.
Let me please inform you, that we do not store the payment credit card data on our servers. The payment data is being redirected to the PayPal and processed by them.
However, the SSL is required to accept the form data in a secure way. Please make sure to use your PayPal Pro form over secure SSL connection, see the next guide:
How can I receive SSL Submissions
Using the SSL payment form should be sufficient in terms of security for PayPal.
Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.

Update: JotForm is PCI DSS compliant. We have PCI Service Provider Level 2 certificate. We'd happy to provide certificate to any users who would need it for their payment gateway. Just contact our support team.
