Periodically, when forms are clients hit the submit button on my website to send me their completed form, I am not receiving the email notification. The file is documented in Jotform, but I am not always getting the email I usually received when the "submit" button is hit. Can you help with this?

I see some failed email notifications in our mail logs, but unfortunately, there is no way to check the reason of these failed messages. Your current email notification setup seems to be fine.
I have just submitted the form, and it was emailed properly according to the mail logs.
If you notice the issue once again, please update this support forum thread. We will be able to investigate this further and/or offer other sending options.

I just had this same thing happen to me on the 4th and 5th. The only reason I'm aware of the problem is a I had person contact me personally. How can this be fixed?
