Questions show up on JotForm, not when I put it on my website.Asked by amymsusi on January 07, 2015 at 03:32 PM
Hi, I had written last Sunday and received a reply that next day. I answered it, twice and heard nothing back? Does it not work if I hit reply?
My problem is, when I fill out my form on this site it shows the questions and the box below for answering. When I use HTML to put it on my site it leaves out the questions. They aren't showing up, only the boxes.
I have a link to my website for what it looks like, and a screenshot uploaded of what it is supposed to look like.
I do apologize about your response not reaching to our forums, we were having an issue were post that were sent directly through email response were not reaching to our forums.
As shown in your form, based on the theme, the field labels were set to be hidden, that is why it shows up in the builder but is not available when viewing the form.
Please inject the following CSS codes into your form, to show your labels.
display: block !important;
I hope this helps, please inform us if you need further assistance.
