Integration Support for eWAYAsked by Robert on January 07, 2015 at 05:01 PM
My name is Rob and I am one of the Partner Managers here at eWAY the Payment Gateway. eWAY is an industry leading Payment Gateway & Merchant Services provider assisting more then 17'000 merchants to securely process payments online.
Who is the best contact we can speak with about Integration support for eWAY and JotForm?
I look forward to your reply.
Good day to you! Let me add this one to our feature request list. Unfortunately, the support team cannot give you a timeframe of when our developers would consider and add this integration. But if there are updates, you should know it via this thread.
If you like, you or your team can check our API documentation for possibly adding the integration.
If you need help with it, you can contact our API Team through this contact form: http://api.jotform.com/docs/#contact.
We operate education and training business Learning Cloud https://learningcloud.com.au. Any news when the EWAY integration will take place or? We are currently using Stripe for our Ireland and Australian markets but unfortunately they do not operate in our third market New Zealand. Each of our businesses are separately incorporated in each country complete with independent bank accounts.
Sure we can use the Australian Stripe account but if we do, we lose almost 27% of revenue given the bank currency exchange rates. With this in mind, I would be happy to fund the integration myself if that helps.
I have moved your question to separate thread and we will provide you an answer there shortly.
I have today had the following response from my request for a progress update from eWay re Jotform integration and refer it to Jotform as requested. This is fantastic news and I am anxious to receive the release date as I need to setup and use this integration within the next 2 months.
Thank you in anticipation.

I have been in contact with our Partner Team that works with the shopping carts and have been advised that the integration with Jotform is nearly complete, but we dont have a release date. We suggest that you contact Jotform to see if they will provide a release date.
Unfortunately, we do not have any release date announced at the moment for the eWay integration. However, as per the recent update we have from the backend team, the eWay integration is undergoing testing process. Once the testing is completed, the payment integration will be released to public very soon.
I see that there is a feature request already open on this thread. Once we have any update in this regard, you'll be posted through this thread.
Happy to announce that the JotForm / eWAY integration has arrived :)
