I used to get the forms forwarded automatically to my email address and now they have stopped and the only way I can see my forms is going directly to your site. This is not acceptable. I want my forms sent again automatically to my email address. Can you please instruct me as to how to set this up. My web designer is clueless

That is because your account primary email address is listed to our bounce list. Here's from our server:
firstname.lastname@example.org is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : soft-bounce
