Access Denied: Uploaded image in not being displayed.

    This happened last week also and on Dec. 2nd I was told:

    "The upload field is the one causing the error - users could not upload files due to a full hard-disk. 

    We have since resolved the issue, and your form should work normally now."

    This seemed to fix the problem, however, it just happened again. 

    I am new to Jotform and I hope that I did not pay for a professional account just to have the hard-disk get full every few days and have to deal with this.

    Please let me know what the long term solution is for this.

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    Please let me know with which form and submission you are having this issue with. Based on the file name "clintflash.jpg", I did trace it and it seems the image is being displayed correctly. Please check the screenshot below:
