    FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY   !!!!!

     

     

    Third time I am doing this since your new editor this tool sucks Get your shit straight this is the second time I am letting you know about this and it's not an email issue this time ..  I want at least three months compensation!!!!

     

     

    It's missing half of the the content I have now entered three times.  !!!!!!

    We are very sorry hearing about your frustration, we would be more than happy to assist you, but first of all we ask you to describe the issue just using an appropriate language. We treat each and every customer, including free users with respect and we expect the same in return.

    It seems like Form Designer tool was not involved in a previous problem you reported to us like a month ago.

    I can see some changes reflected on the revision history of this form

    Are these the changes you have performed?  In order to see the changes performed, I recommend you to clear the browser's cache or even reset it.

    Anyhow, the fact that the form is not showing the changes you have made, doesn't mean there is a whole problem with our tool.

    Otherwise we would have hundreds of reports.  Only then we would consider a sort of compensation. But it seems an isolated case on your end.

    We will keep trying to help you if the issue persist.

    This is the third time I have reported this and it only works now because i
    had to segment the content inot three different html text boxes. if this
    isn't a functionality error I have no idea what you would consider is.
    Since your new update the tool has gone down in what was at one time a
    superior tool set. This type of answer for someone who has been working
    with you for almost years is not only upsetting but also a very poor way
    to explain away an inherent issue with your software. look at it now and
    tell me if this is the right way to use your tool and btw this has only
    been an issue since your new update. Which btw is very buggy and I will
    not use until it's been flushed out properly.
