Saving Data to CSV text file on server

    Hello Jotform

    I am thinking of upgrading using your JotForm sale offer and have a question:

    As well as receiving the submission content to a couple of email addresses, is it possible to add the submission fields to a CSV text file on the server.

    This will make it easier to send periodic messages to form submitters.

    Can you help please.

    Yes, it is possible to download submissions in Excel, CSV and PDF format. To achieve that please go to MyForms > select the form > Submissions:

    Also it is possible to create several reports, like RSS Listing which uses XML or HTML reports that will update themselves automatically:

    Thanks so much for your reply. Sounds good.

    Will each submission get added to the CSV (download) so I get all submissions in one file up to the time of download.

    Finally, if I upgrade now at the special discount price of $49 per annum will my annual price be continued at the special price of $49 when expiry time comes, or will it revert to the price of the day?

    Hello David

    All the submissions received at that time on the same form can be downloaded to a single CSV file:

    You will need to download a new file every time new submissions are received in order to have updated results.

    If you choose the reports they will update automatically to each new submission. 

    You can test here the HTML table listing report by making submissions on the form: 

    And checking the updates on the report:
