How can I change the notifier email to a different one - not the default?

    Thank you for contacting us.

    You can do this by selecting the notifier you want to modify.

    And change the recipient e-mail address field to the email address you want to use.

    I did that - and it sends a "test" and the email that pops up is the default one.  On that note, I've sent about 5 test emails and I haven't received them.

    I am sorry, but I am a bit confused since this seems contradicting one another.

    Can you please tell us if you receive the emails when you click on Test Email button?

    From what I understood the issue is that you receive them and that they are always the same ones, no matter what change you make on them.

    Can you please update us to be able to properly assist you.

    Ok - since I'm contradicting - I'll lead you from the top.

     

    I go to Emails/Notification/Recipient Email - in the recipient email - it has the default email in the blank.

    I change it - because I don't want the notifications going to the default email.

    Then I click next.

    On the next page, it has what all you want to be included in the notification email...then I click "send test".  So, when I click the "send test", there is a message that pops up that says something to the lines of "your test email has been sent to -- " and it has the default email.  Not the email that I put in the blank.

    So I tried this a couple of times.  I sent a test a couple of times.  And it always said it was sent to the email address that is the default.  Not the one I changed it to every time.

    SO - I sent the test emails about 5 times and I have not received the test emails in the email address that it was sent to.

    Hi,

    "Test Email" button is designed to only send an email to your account default email address, not to the actual recipient email address of the notification email.

    You will have to preview the form by clicking "Preview" button in the form builder, fill it up and submit it if you want to check whether the new recipient will receive the form email or not.
